ABOUT THE ROLE
The Customer Accounts Manager supports and manages key aspects of the sales process and customer relationship lifecycle, working closely with senior team members to ensure a positive consistent customer experience. This role acts as a trusted partner to our customers, ensuring their needs are met with responsiveness and empathy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain clear, up-to-date sales and customer communication activity in Hubspot, ensuring data accuracy and cleanliness.
- Resolve customer issues with a solutions-oriented mindset, escalating when necessary and following up diligently.
- Collaborate cross functionally with technical and customer experience teams to ensure a seamless client journey.
- Serve as the primary point of customer contact during the post-sales and onboarding stage; coordinate all communications with a customer across Nooks' functional areas
THE SKILLSET:
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer success, account management, or sales support role.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple customer relationships and priorities simultaneously.
- Collaborative and team-minded, with a willingness to share feedback and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Comfortable adapting to new processes, tools, or priorities in a growing, evolving environment.
ELIGIBILITY + CLEARANCE
You must live in the U.S and be eligible to obtain a Secret security clearance.
