ABOUT THE ROLE
The Director of Managed Security Services will lead all aspects of Nooks’ consulting services, digital platform development, and software-enabled managed security services. You will be responsible for ensuring growth across these business lines, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and working with Nooks’ product teams and external partners to guide the development of new tools and services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead Nooks’ various consulting lines of effort, and bring them together in a cohesive portfolio
- Grow Nooks’ Services business by securing both government contracts and new B2B relationships
- Lead continuous improvement across Nooks’ services practices by leveraging your knowledge of the NISP and by building key external partnerships.
- Partner with product, operations, and compliance teams to ensure service offerings align with company priorities
THE SKILLSET:
- Strong familiarity with the National Industrial Security Program and associated policies, regulations, and norms
- Strong customer and people management skills, extremely strong communication skills
- Experience growing a team and business line, demonstrated ability to take ambiguous problem sets and craft clear solutions
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams
- Demonstrated business development ability, either by selling externally or securing resources with large organizations
LOCATION
Crystal City, VA with occasional travel
ELIGIBILITY + CLEARANCE
You must be eligible to work in the U.S and must have the ability to obtain and hold a Top Secret Security Clearance.
